Return and Cancellation Policy

Hayoti company respects customer rights and operates in accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law.


Transaction Cancellation – Your Right

A customer is entitled to cancel a transaction within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.


Conditions for Cancellation and Product Return

For the product to be accepted back and the customer credited, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product has not been used, is clean, and intact.
  • The product is in its original packaging, as far as possible.
  • The product is returned with all its components, accessories, and documentation that was attached to it.

Important to know: Pet products that have been used (such as beds, bowls, toys, grooming products, and opened cleaning solutions) are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, unless they arrived damaged, incorrect, or do not match what was ordered.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Non-Conforming Product

If you received a product that is faulty, does not match the details published, or arrived incorrectly – we will be happy to address the issue quickly and without excuses.

To allow us to handle your inquiry efficiently, please send:

  1. Order number
  2. A brief description of the problem
  3. A photo or video documenting the defect or error

Cancellation Due to Change of Mind

In case of cancellation due to a change of mind (not due to a defect), a cancellation fee may apply in accordance with the law: up to 5% of the transaction price or ₪100, whichever is lower.

No cancellation fee will apply if the product is defective, incorrect, does not match the advertisement, or if a legal provision was violated.


Credit and Refund

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. The refund processing time depends on the financial institution (credit card company / PayPal, etc.).
